OUR PROCESS

01. Intro Call

We’ll explain how it all works! In this initial stage, we gain insight into your vision by asking questions and brainstorming ways to achieve it. Most importantly, we outline your goals and objectives to determine how we can meet your expectations.

02. Proposal

After our initial discussion, we provide you with a presentation of program options. These recommendations will include up to three options that outline destination, accommodations and suggested activities.

03. Discovery Meeting

Oh yeah, it's time to get a little up close and personal! We want a first-hand account of what it is like to be in your world. We will conduct one-on-one’s and organizational assessments to help us understand your culture at its core.

04. Final Agreement

Once you have reviewed and approved the final proposal, all parties will sign the finalized contract and we will prep for next steps.

05. Planning

For us to know, for you to experience. We take control of the planning, so there is nothing extra to add to your plate.

06. On-site Execution

The time is come! Our team will be on-site and available 24/7 ensuring you are well tended to and every detail is as planned.

07. Evaluation

After an amazing trip, we will review the final budget, collect attendee feedback, and asses the program and its impact on your goals.
